What Does it Mean to Have the Average Job Salaries?

Money is everything today. But many don't know its origin. Average job salaries that have to be paid are under question and are unanswered for almost all the salaried workers. The reason for the complexity of the question is that the origin of the money and the regulations binding the wages payment, which are generally not known to most of the people.
At the starting time of civilization people exchanged one item for the other. In this way people got what they needed. The equivalent amounts of items were exchanged. For an amount of sugar people used to exchange some fixed amounts of salt and other items. This way there were transactions in the form of barter. Then later money was invented as the medium of transaction since barter was really becoming difficult. This outcome of general barter, the 'money' has changed the way people think, work and most importantly the lives they live. The concept of salaried workers came into light with the arrival of money. Money has definitely changed the working styles across the globe. But this advantage came with the greatest curse of all time the income inequality. Income inequality divided all the societies into further categories of people like rich and poor.
The hardest part of making money is the body work. Though sweat begets money, it differs from people to people in the form average job salaries prevailing in the current economy. According to FLSA or Fair Labor Standard Act, the minimum job salary or wage should be based on the compensation according to the hours of work. And it must meet the minimum wages standard.
Along with States, other countries also have their own FLSA type legal rules & regulations to prevent exploitation of workers. They fix up some standards for the minimum salary and form the foundation towards the salary structures prevailing in that country.
A good company is that which adhere to these average job salaries and minimum wages policies. It's advisable to have a good knowledge of these rules & regulations in order to cope with the differences in salaries and wages.
